Our employees enhance our corporate culture
In addition to their own duties, our employees have the chance to get involved in other activities, such as the Green Office or change agent task teams. Change agents are a group of Apotti employees from various teams. They participate in different development initiatives and also encourage others to get involved and to make new and improved practices a part of everyday life at Apotti. Change agents have helped to create workplace ground rules and organised workshops to further develop our corporate culture. All our employees are encouraged to express their interest in becoming a change agent.
To pursue a more agile Apotti, we are also implementing the SAFe framework. We want to create a learning organisation – an organisation where individuals and teams have more self-direction and control over their work, and where the management of the company and its people is more transparent. By making our processes and practices more agile, we aim to achieve better job satisfaction, better quality, enhanced efficiency and faster services for our clients, and as a result, higher customer satisfaction.

Knowledge work is about constant evolution
In Apotti your expertise develops through training, events and networking, by participating in different task teams, and by asking a lot of questions - and of course by maintaining a curious and playful attitude! Another way to learn new things is to expand your duties or to move to a completely new role. In Apotti, your know-how increases almost without you noticing it. The many sides of our organisation also provide opportunities to branch out to new fields within the company.
Flexible work is a part of our culture
We work in Pitäjänmäki in a modern activity-based office that allows for both silent work and more dynamic teamwork. Our employees have the opportunity to work remotely and to take advantage of flexible working hours, depending on their role. With knowledge work, self-direction is a key factor in feeling in control. We are given a lot of liberty to decide how we want to organise our days at work, but we also have the responsibility and motivation to work towards our common goals. Naturally the freedom we enjoy is based on mutual trust. We strive to be trustworthy partners to each other and to deliver what we have promised.
Maintaining work-life balance is important to us
Ensuring one’s general well-being is an important factor in employee satisfaction. It’s difficult to excel in your job if your overall well-being is not what it should be. Our employees also have access to the gym and pool situated in the building, so they can start their day by working out or swimming a few laps.
